Sign in with Google to use My Tracks. The list lets you reopen saved tracks and manage their names. Save As creates a separate copy when you want to explore another version.
Keep names descriptive: include the circuit and layout so similar tracks are easy to distinguish. The outline preview is a quick way to recognise the geometry.
Watch the save status after making changes. If it reports a failure, keep the editor open and retain a local export before closing the session.
