What we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including contact-form messages, forum account details and posts, and Google account information used for sign-in. When signed in, track documents and names may be stored in our cloud database. The editor also stores workspace recovery locally in your browser. If you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity collects interaction, device and session-recording data.
How we use information
We use information to provide accounts, cloud saving, forum features, support and security; respond to enquiries; maintain and improve the service; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Clarity analytics is used only after consent and can be disabled through Cookie settings.
Services and processors
Google Firebase provides authentication and cloud database services. Microsoft Clarity provides optional analytics and session recordings. Hosting and email providers process technical data required to serve the site and deliver messages. These providers may process data in other countries using their applicable transfer safeguards.
Storage and retention
Local editor recovery remains until browser storage is cleared. Cloud tracks remain until deleted or account deletion is requested. Forum material remains until removed under forum controls or moderation. Contact messages and analytics are retained only as reasonably needed for their stated purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can use the editor locally without Google sign-in, delete cloud tracks, clear browser storage, reject or withdraw analytics consent through Cookie settings, and contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Security and children
We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, and users must meet any higher minimum age required in their country.
