If Google sign-in fails, say whether you are using the main website, web creator or forum. Include the browser and exact error message, and whether the sign-in window opened.
Describe whether the same account works elsewhere on the site. If switching accounts is involved, mention that sequence.
Never paste login tokens, browser cookies, passwords or recovery codes. You do not need to publish your full email address for a public support discussion.
